Received the device very well packaged. measurement test at 10m....: excellent. But it's impossible to measure at 25 meters in broad daylight. without a doubt, the measurement should be taken during the night for the spot to be clearly visible.

I've never owned a laser measuring device; I've always used tape measures. This device is revolutionary, making measurements and calculations quick and without the need for an assistant at the other end of the tape measure. It can take indoor measurements, from wall to wall, including the length of the device in the reading, or outdoor measurements, where the length of the device is excluded from the measurement. Overall, a great addition to the toolbox. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the ergonomics. I found the laser on/off button on the front panel a little difficult to press; it would be good if there was also a button on the side.

I’ve always wanted a digital tape measure/distance tool…well, mainly because I thought it’d be cool to have one. This thing doesn’t disappoint and although a little complicated looking, fairly easy to use. This thing is packed with functions and may be the last measuring tool you purchase. Size is great to throw in your tool bag and not take up a ton of room and the red color is easy to spot. I did have a little issue reading the display in bright, direct sunlight but a little display tilt took care of that. Really accurate and allows distance measuring from only the front beam emitter or (if you’re measuring an inside corner) it already factors length of device into the measurements. Overall, this is a great little device that made me want to measure distances even though I didn’t need to! Recommend.
