4. How long does order processing and shipping take?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.
