Two Joysticks – Returns and Refunds Policy
At Two Joysticks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains how you can request a return or refund and the conditions that apply.
Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to accept refund requests.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Missing item claims are not accepted if the item in question is not listed as included in the product description.
Every purchase clearly lists all components and accessories included.
We cannot process refunds for any items or accessories not explicitly stated in the product listing.
How to Start a Return

Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
We will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items only).
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, Two Joysticks covers the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
