Grounding Earthing Bed Sheet for Sleep and Body Balance

So excited to get this smaller grounding, I’m one if the lucky ones that grounding works well for. It gives me a calm sense of wellbeing, which is a bonus because I ordered it for alleviating aches and pains and much it also does for me. I got the queen fitted for Hubby and it helped his insomnia and his pains (he’s a double amputee), in his case the more body contact with the fabric, the better. My 26x 52 is perfect for in a recliner, loveseat or across the bed. So pleased with my soft and easy to use sheet. 3 people found this helpful

Very happy. Seems to be decent quality for the price. The fact that the cord is quite long is is great. Will pretty much reach any outlet I need to use. I believe the way the adapter is set up I could actually plug in a second grounding device. So I can plug in the grounding sheet and grounding mat I have at the same time. Also am happy with the plug. The first grounding device I purchased the plug was just the single prong, so it didn't always stay plugged in very well. This grounding sheet has a 3 prong plug, (2 of which are plastic since it only really needs the 1). Stays plugged in much better. For those of us not used to using this kind of plug, it's just easier to deal with. Looks like what most are used to using.

This works. I did A LOT of research on this to understand expectations. Grounding sheets work with skin contact. Ive read you only need a little contact but, full body was best for me. I tried just my legs, then entire body & entire body was best even though I sleep in a shirt. My bare arms, bare legs & feet were on it. A couple of times I felt a little tingling which is a sign its working. I normally wake up every 3 or 4 hrs & when I slept on this I didnt wake up. In fact I slept 7 straight hrs. Haven't washed yet. But, Ive read when you wash, do it in cold or warm water & air dry. Heat is going to shrink the fine metal wires.
